DELL Computers - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Enterprise Product Manager

Job Description

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for supporting the LOB P&L forecast to deliver the appropriate growth of Dell market share (units and revenue), and contributes to the region successfully achieving internal units, revenue and margin targets. The role also includes building and executing relevant Enterprise Solutions Programs and the development of a roadmap of suitable marketing campaigns working in alignment with the local sales and solutions teams. The Enterprise Solutions FMM owns the Enterprise business marketing plan for the region, and develops LOB marketing strategies & plans, identifying key business opportunities & drives the business to achievement of these plans.

The candidate will be an advocate for Dell’s Enterprise Solutions Strategy, product offerings and associated services to the local sales and solutions teams, partners and customers.

Responsibilities:
Provide input to the quarterly and annual LOB Forecast.
Build the LOB marketing plan, based on strategic business initiatives, but incorporating tactical activities as required and execute and drive the initiatives in the plan to achieve the above.
Ensure delivery of the Dell Enterprise Solutions and Services Strategy to channel partners, customers and Dell team in the region.
Provide local market intelligence and guidance to EM-EMEA Head of Enterprise Marketing and marketing team to meet the needs of local customers & channel partners to achieve Dell’s enterprise business targets, provide input to and help build impactful Enterprise Solutions marketing programs and initiatives.
Develop and propose tactics to drive additional growth based on regional knowledge.
Identify programs that target key business opportunities and maximize ROI. LOB P&L results and specific program metrics will be used as the measure of performance at the end of the year.
Interface with Enterprise teams in other regions, with teams across EMEA and enterprise BMs in EMEA to share and adopt best practices depending upon local market conditions
Engage with sales leads, customers, channel partners, analysts & press to gather customer and competitive insight on the Enterprise market.
Interface with EMEA Marketing team to ensure consistency in communication and message, content and capabilities in all outbound communication and campaigns
Roll out EM-EMEA wide programs and initiatives in the Region; maintain program consistency and ROI metrics.
Conduct regular business reviews with key internal and external stakeholders
Work with the EM-EMEA central marketing team to provide guidance on Regional market needs and ensure appropriate resources are engaged to support local initiatives
Train team members & partners on LOB products, programs and strategies.

Skills

Required Skills:
6-8 years’ experience in an international marketing management role, with specific focus and experience in Enteprise products/Solutions marketing would be a significant benefit.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with peers and outside departments.
Promotes a positive attitude and fosters positive relations within the Sales & Solutions community in EMEA.
Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively.
