Description Receives the Sales Orders and processes them as instructed by the Customer Service Manager. Issues shipping vouchers and gives the customer the original and forwards a copy to the warehouse / shipping department. Processes the Sales Order in accordance with Stocking Levels and availability as per the working rules set by Customer Service Manager. Interacts with Warehouse Department for processing the local orders and informs the customers of their order processing developments timely and through proper communication channels. Informs the sales person of the completion of the sales order timely. Keeps customers informed all the time with their order processing developments. Trouble-shoots as necessary and as appropriate. Receives customers complaint and registers it in the proper log and gives the customer the Complaint Serial Number for the follow up. Solves customers complaints as possible and as per rules, or escalates them to a higher level, yet follows all complaints up till they are resolved and closed. Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules. Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. Compiles records of unfilled orders.
Qualifications • Very good working knowledge of Customer services and company law. • Very good knowledge of financial analysis, planning, Forecasting and budgeting.
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Ability to use Customer services systems and analytical tools. • Very good computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet & ERP System SAP for all FI & CO Modules.
