Finance Manager.
Job Description:
Reporting to the MD, he will be working in a managerial financing and accounting capacity. The potential candidate should have a strong financial and accounting background working on ERP platform, with experience of leading a team and looking for an upwards progression in terms of career.
he will be responsible for handling the entire Finance and accounting function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, procurement, and inventory.
Ensuring that the inter company module transactions are processed accurately for all intercompany transactions.
Review and strengthen internal controls and procedures.
Financial and accounting systems setup, monitoring and development.
Deliver robust accurate and timely primary accounting statements of P&L.
Develop and maintain monthly and annual management reports, indicating key financial area’s measures and performance.
Financial and commercial decision support to all business management.
Provide financial leadership within both the business and finance function as a whole, including staff development and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Professionally Qualified Accountant.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years experience as an Accounting/Finance Manager, preferably in machinery rental.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and exposure to any ERP, preferably LAWSON.
- Planning and organizing skills
