Franco Specialty Chemicals - Cairo, Egypt - Sales Director

Job Description

Franco Specialty Chemicals is seeking a creative talented sales manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to:

Develop the company's sales strategy with great detail and ensure it's implementation.
Monitor credit collection and report the situation in regular meetings and reports.

Develop a sales plan along with Management team as well as handle rolling sales forecast.
Achieve sales target including Key Performance Indicators set by management through leading and supporting the sales team.
Evaluate, replace and enlarge the existing sales team if necessary according to strategy.
Set department's budget according to business plan.
Generate leads and manage customer relationships for key accounts.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Gather competitor information and regularly update competitor database.
Coordinate with marketing the sales department's needs.
Provide regular and frequent KPI reports with regards to team.
Lead and motivate sales team and be a source of inspiration.

Skills

Minimum experience of 10 years in related field.
Relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Relevant experience in distribution channel planning and management.
Relevant experience in working in a dynamic multidisciplinary cross-functional team environment.
Strong knowledge of strategic sales management.
Hands on experience in sales micromanagement and sales operations.

Education

A University Degree is a requirement and an MBA is preferred
