Recruitment Executive

Job Description
The job holder will support Human Resources function to engage effectively with external and internal candidates. The job holder’s duties will include but not only limited to:
Sources and handles phone screening for applicants available vacancies

Administrates different tests for different processes
Tracks all applicants through different hiring stages and maintain accurate records for candidates
Manages new hires on boarding process
Handles preparations for new hires inductions
Liaise with all departments to coordinate interviews and hiring logistics


Skills Required
Fluency in French Language is a must
Very Good command of English Language
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of HR functions will be preferred
Strong attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
Able to work as part of a team
Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
