Description 1- Plan the training and development of his department employees, 2- Lead, guide, motivate and couch his department employees, 3- Ensure all injection, assembly and printing machines are in their best operating capacity and condition. 4- Plan & follow up the adjustment of all production operations. 5- Track the latest technology trends and provide the company with the latest technical and economic information necessary for the company development. 6- Secure personnel, tools, and machines needed for the production processes. 7- Communicate with his staff to find out skills, qualifications and training programs they need to do their jobs in the most advanced technique. 8- Support his sub ordinates in production planning process. 9- Specify the responsibilities and authorities of all his staff in all production departments. 10- Manage all corrective and modification actions to adapt the best work flow methods. 11- Follow up on securing production prerequisites. 12- Follow up on machines installation in the factory. 13- Secure all quality instructions booklets and its implementation methods. 14- Ensure all his staff gets the necessary awareness on occupational safety and health practices. 15- Guarantee the implementation of occupational health and safety instructions and procedure.
Qualifications B.Sc. of Engineering FMCG or Packaging or Plastic background

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
