-Education: Mechanical engineering bachelor is a must

-Main Responsibilities:
o To have the day to day authority in all matters relating to operation, sales, marketing finance, HR, customer relation and technology, all in accordance with the Management Policies.
o The responsibility for the successful operation of the business.
o Administers the affairs of the corporation in accordance with organization policies
o Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws and standing rules according to board actions
o Attend board and coordinating Committee meetings, disseminating information between reporting departments and staff and reporting on work, manufacturing ,operations ,finances, planning and other matters as necessary
o Contribute to the formulation of an overall strategy for the company and play a role in corporate planning and decision making on a continuing basis proactively provide information, history, continuity, support and guidance to all reporting departments and staff.
o Provide leadership and vision to the organization
o Manage through subordinate manager and follow their progress on departmental objectives.
o Manage the optimal manpower needed to satisfy company's strategic plans and final approval of hiring, firing, or promotion of employees.
