Description — Receives, examines and processes Purchasing requisitions — Prepares requisitions specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment — Interviews and corresponds with vendors; keeps informed of new products and market conditions and trends. — Confers with and assists officials of all departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications. — Corresponds with the concerned departments to ensure its needs are handled expeditiously. — Maintains records on purchase price information on both open market and contract purchases and revises these as conditions changes; obtains quotations on open market purchases. — Coordinates with Warehouse and production department till the delivery of the needed materials — Compares costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of supplies per each supplier and analyzing monthly purchasing operations on a timely basis
Qualifications Knowledge: × B.sc of commerce, or any relevant discipline × Printing and packaging industry background is essential × Variety of items purchased , with not less than 5 millions operations per year

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
