Description Assist the HR Manager in all duties related to HR (Recruitment / Training and Development / Policy& Procedures / Employee Relations/ Job Descriptions / Comp. Benefits studies) to ensure proper and smooth implementation of HR policies and systems in order to meet company strategies. —Assist the Human Resource Manager in the formulation and maintenance of the HR policies and procedures. —Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using advertising, computer database, networking Internet, recruiting resources, and employee referrals. —Assist with update of existing job descriptions, and helping in job analysis process. —Handling recruitment procedures that include: screening, sorting, filtering, and preparing for interviews, paperwork, filing, typing and organizing. —Conducting initial interviews for certain levels, administrating tests to evaluate skills, checking references and background. —Review benefit plans for update / new proposals. —Coordinating implementation of appraisal program. —Undertake any other assignments related to the human resources function as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree from any discipline. •Min. 5 years experience in HR field and other. •Excellent language skills and computer skills. •Interpersonal skills / Mature personality
