We want a sales representative and this is the qualifications and tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
2- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
3- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
4- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
5- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
6- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
7- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
8- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
9- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
10- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
11- Identify and resolve client concerns.
12- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
13- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
1- Ability to persuade and influence others.
2- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
3- Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials.
4- Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5- Have Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Education
1- Bachelor's degree.
