Our Client, a Major Real Estate project builder in the 5th Avenue in New Cairo is looking to expand their business by hiring new Sales adviser & Senior sales officers with high experience in sales skills and closing deals with individual customers.
Job Summary
To promote developments and contribute to the achievement of sales targets that will focus on two core areas.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To meet the given sales target
- To meet with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking;
- To prepare documents such as quotations, agreements, etc.
- To present offers to clients in professional manner and according to company expectations;
- To constantly update market knowledge to ensure correct information is provided to clients;
- To possess full knowledge about the properties the organization offer to prospective clients and to answer all questions about prices, competitors, construction, maintenance fees, legal issues and related matters;
Skills
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the field of Real Estate Market
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a dynamic Sales Professional with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team player
