Title: Telesales Consultant
Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Job Type: Full Time Position
Shift time: Night Shift ( 09:30 PM to 07:00 AM) Or Day shift from (2:30 PM to 10:00 PM)
Experience: Is a plus
Level of Education: High school diploma or GED; or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary: Basic (Based on Target) Aggressive commission plan up to 20%.
Starting Date: ASAP

Job Description/Requirements
--Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Duties
Describe the product benefits and any special offers.
Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally.
Persuade customers to accept our services and change his International calls provider to Omniat.
Gather and document information about the customer.
Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.
Take customers orders and create it on our system..
Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A polite, confident and friendly manner.
Initiative.
Confidence using computers
To enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
A positive attitude.
Flexibility and quick thinking.
Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers.
