A Local company working in Turnkey Construction & Fitout field looking for a Tendering Engineer, in Al Zamalek area
Requirments:
Spoken Languages English -- Very Good
Computer Skills Microsoft office,Auto Cad
Years of experience From 2 to 3 Year(s)
Gender Male
Salary 2370 L.E / month
Benefits Social insurance
Working hours From 9 am To 5 pm
Days off Friday
Job Description:
1-study all tender documents
2- Prepare a project brief using forms
3- Ensure requested offers from suppliers / subcontractors
4- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with the formats
5- Attend tender site visit and prepare report
6- a comparative analysis between these offers
7- State any deviation from specifications
8- Decide which subcontractor is most reliable
9- Decide discounts obtained from the subcontractor
10- For works executed on site especially reinforced concrete, block work, plastering & miscellaneous wet trades prepare built up rates
11- define and establish over all construction strategy, as subcontracting plan , execution plan.
