Job Title: Director of Occupational Safety and Health
Work location: Heliopolis
Education: bachelor degree of any discipline and holds OSHA certificate is a MUST and any other relevant certificates
Experience: relevant experience in the field of oil and gas and/or construction from 15 to 20 years
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the current directors of occupational safety and health in all the company’s projects.
2. Coordinates between all the projects with regards to the availability of needed requirements
3. Collaborates with all the project managers regarding the application of Occupational Safety and Health procedures.
4. Ensures that laws and regulations are being followed and makes sure that no violations take place
5. Collaborates with specialists for the supply of equipment and materials to make sure that the needed requirements are available
6. Participates in the preparation of training programs for employees to ensure that they are informed about the occupational hazards and methods of prevention
7. Preparation of annual plans for the program director of occupational safety and health taking into consideration the following:
Qualifications:
1. Experienced in periodic inspections to all work places and identification of the means of prevention of occupational hazards
2. Full knowledge of The preparation of statistical studies on accidents, serious injuries, occupational diseases that takes place in the work environment as well as writing relevant reports
