Indoor Sales

Indoor Sales is required for a training and consultation company in Nasr City with the following qualification and duties: Job responsibilities and duties: Telesales activities Present daily reports and other related performance feedback Review monthly hit rate and status report Prepare daily call out report and feedbacks to manager Handle incoming mail and other material Perform searches on the internet Provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc. Maintain schedules and calendars Organize internal and external events Manage/resolve customer satisfaction issues Ensure timely follow up on inquiries Set up and maintain filing systems Required qualifications:
Females only University degree Good command of English and Microsoft Office applications Pervious experience is a must with maximum 2 years. Nasr city residential or nearby. Job Requirements: Excellent Communication and Listening Skills Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Polite, Confident and Friendly manner Enjoy working with customers and building relationships. Positive Attitude. Flexibility and Quick Thinking.
