Description Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives to the designated brands, market characteristics, cost and markup factors Develops annual and quarterly plans in line with the company planning cycles Analyze & recommend strategic direction & plan to aid in increasing revenues and sales Formulate, direct promote and position brand activities in collaboration with advertising, sales planning and promotions staff. Generate ideas & concepts to boost sales and market share. Monitor performance of campaigns and new offers launched in the market against strategic & business objectives. Communicate with international principals regarding all brand aspects if needed. Recruit, apprise, train, coach and mentor the Marketing staff and oversee their daily activities Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections if requested. Examine the market opportunities of the brand in the country, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends and ensures consistency of campaigns as appropriate. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and sales managers, to market products and services
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. 12 years Experience Minimum 5 years as Marketing Manager Post graduate studies in Sales & marketing. MBA i a plus
