Job title: Architectural Finishing Executive Site ENGINEER
Work location: New Cairo
Education: faculty of engineering, architectural department
Experience: 3-5 years in architectural finishing (Responsible for structural & finishing phases).
Qualifications:
• MUST have worked for structural & finishing phases
• Very good command of English
• Excellent team worker

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare drawing and document for construction.
• Prepare material to be installed.
• Monitor the implementation of the site safety plan, including method statements.
• Conduct periodic inspections to verify that work areas, methods, materials, plant and equipment comply with policy
• Resolve design and construction problems.
• Reviewing and approving project shop drawings, takeoff sheets, samples, materials, method statements.
• Reviewing & approving the structural & architectural shop drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing.
• Estimate project cost such as manpower, tools, equipment, consumable and time schedule of erection work.
