Job Title: J2EE Developer Required
Job Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Employment level: middle.
Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Gender: Preferred Male.
Nationality: Egyptian.
Technical skills:
• Develop business rules applications using Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) tools.
• Knowledge in developing rule applications with ILOG JRules is an asset.
• Solid JSE skills.
• JEE skills including EJB, MDB, JMS, servlets and JSP.
• Gang of Four design patterns.
• JEE design patterns.
• Knowledge in Business Process Management Systems is an asset.
Qualifications:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in JSE and JEE development.
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) preferably in ILOG JRules.
• Experience in team leading small to medium-sized team of software engineers.
General Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Very good investigation skills and fast learner.
• Team leading and mentoring skills.
• Readiness to travel abroad.
• Solid documentation skills.
• Very good in English (writing and talking).
