Responsibilities
He/she is responsible for increasing subscription base, retail consumption and overall sales of the directory. Also the position includes liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers to get the best deal for commissions or otherwise.
Moreover, the position requires the scheduling and monitoring pickups, delivery and distribution following the deal made with clients. After that he/she reviews invoices, work orders and consumption reports.

The manager will be responsible of the whole cycle of distribution/circulation of the directory sales. He/she works with the publisher/company to define issue sales goals, forming a successful performance scheme of the entire operation. Finally, insuring quality of presentation and showcase of directory in point of sale areas.

Qualifications:
To be successful the candidate must be a self-starter. This is a fact paced, high-pressure role. The candidate must be able to thrive within a deadline-driven environment. Additionally, as with all sales and management jobs, success is monitored by numbers. A person in this role must be able to consistently meet and surpass quotas. Creativity in developing new sales strategies with partners is also important, as are interpersonal skills. Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with others in order to get the job done.
Experience in magazine circulation
Experience in leading and managing projects/groups
Ability to take ideas from concept to delivery
Excellent communicator
Attention to details for quality and for contracting points
Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision
High sense of personal responsibility
Excellent administrative skills and highly organized and efficient
Able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Willingness to be flexible
Exp: 2-5 years
