Position:
Sales Engineer / Rental Consultant
Job Specifications
•Engineering or technical back ground, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
•4 - 5 years’ experience in rental or sales of electric generators, machinery or industrial products.
•Excellent level of communication and presentation skills.
•Fluency in English language and Arabic language (preferred Arabic native speaker).
•Very Good computer skills and knowledge of ERP software usage.
Main Responsibilities
•Prepare and discuss the Weekly Work Plan with his manager.
•To prospect for new customers who might be interested in company products.
•To communicate with and visit customers to introduce company’s products.
•To answer all technical and commercial inquiries, in professional and presentable manner.
•To prepare and submit quotations and tender bids.
•To follow up with his assigned customers, to secure deals and receive Purchase Orders
•To liaise and coordinate with Service and Administration for preparation, delivery and return of equipment.
•To follow up with customers for due payments.
•To keep track of projects and related market, and information on competitors’ products, rental rates and terms.
•To report his sales activities and refer any difficulties/problems to his manager for action.
•To perform any other job related duties as required.
