We are looking for a Tele-Marketing agent to join our fast growing team of professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:




- The key areas of responsibility are achieving all assigned sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly

- Generating new sales leads & creating targeted proactive sales presentations that address prospective client's needs

- Managing the sales cycle as follows:

o Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.

o Communicating with all potential clients to identify their needs to open new sales opportunities

o Handle clients initial service request & solving any issues might occur

o Negotiating and closing deals that benefit all parties the company and our clients

o Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely response and delivery

o Submitting sales forecast reports, etc to general Manager on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis



Qualifications:



- Excellent written and spoken command of English

- Willingness to learn: acquired new skills through employment, and creative projects

- Self-motivation/management: achieving

- Teamwork: enjoy working in both team environments and independently

- Problem solving: involvement in complex, low-budget projects, with time constraints

- Communication skills: expressing critical opinions in essays and seminars

- Dependability: handled many sensitive issues

- Providing excellent customer service
