Chief Financial Officer Job - Living In Egypt

"
1. Develop financial strategic plans for the group including development of monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements for the group, financial forecasts and budgets & provide leadership to the finance team.

2. Responsible for the entire group finance departments.
3. Issuance of quarterly and annual audited stand alone and consolidated financial statements.
4. Responsible for setting the group financial policies.
5. Co-ordination on taxes and other official bodies.
6. Leading the Finance team and ensuring high level of internal control.
7. Preparing the annual budget to be approved by the Board of Directors.
8. To take the necessary actions to maximize within range of responsibility both the revenue and the profit in order to exceed the operational budget.
9. Produce on a regular basis accurate financial statements that present fairly the Company’s financials.
10. Design and setup an assets’ reporting system that safeguards the Company investments in assets and minimizes related risks to the minimum extent.
11. Oversees group’s accounting functions and activities, including the receivables management, payables management, costing, central accounting, budgeting & reporting, inventory control and taxation.
12. Coordinates with the Treasury & Risk Management for ensuring smooth coordination between their respective departments (notably for cash flow management).
13. Developing group’s accounting data, know-how, and capabilities.
14. Reviewing monthly reporting and the Financial Statements compared with the budget
