HR Generalist Job - Living In Egypt

• Develop and Maintaining Recruitment Policy and procedures.
• Develop and Maintaining Transfer / promotion Policy and Procedures.
• Develop and Maintaining Manpower plan.
• Assist in implementing job descriptions and job profiles.
• Assist in implementing Organization chart.

• Assist in developing HR form
• Ensure compliance and consistency of company policies, procedures.
• Assisting in conducting the semi-annual Performance Appraisal

Recruitment Duties & Responsibilities included:

• Building up a Recruitment Database.
• Responsible for all recruitment activities.
• Develop recruiting plan according to deployment chart.
• Handle all recruitment process from Receive employment Request, building up pool of candidates, screening C.Vs, conducting interviews and tests.
• Handling the hiring procedures and issue an employment offer.
• Preparing the monthly recruitment report.
• Acting as a point of contact with Recruitment agencies if needed.
• Acting as a point of contact with Recruitment Websites
