4 stars hotel in HURGHADA is searching for the female Secretary to GM, she will be:
· Handling all word processing and typing.
· Entering data for management reports.
· Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information and getting it to the appropriate people in a timely fashion.
· Scheduling appointments, meetings.
· Duplicating, filing, recording and logging of data shared between departments.
· Answering phones, providing information and processing messages for the General Manager.
· Collaborating with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues.
· Communicating with external contacts to properly handle direction of business relations and distribution of hotel literature. Follow through with meeting arrangements as needed.
· Taking notes of the daily briefings and other managerial meetings
· Assisting with customer-service, service availability and quality control related issues.
· Screen calls and mail.
