• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement taking into consideration integration with other Business Applications.
• Recommend & implement, under the supervision of the Solutions Manager, new Business Applications to meet business objectives in line with Company strategies.
• Participate with both the Solutions Manager and the IT Projects Manager in developing S/W implementation plans.
• Perform testing & customization tasks in new Business Applications implementations in his/her assigned area and expand those already implemented.
• Identify Modifications and testing scenarios in coordination with software developers taking into consideration Good IT Practice & Quality Policies.
• Develop specifications and user manuals for new modifications.
• Perform testing phases of assigned modifications taking into consideration Good IT Practice & Quality Policies.
• Provide users with customized training in line with new business requirements and new Business Applications.
• Solve Business Applications problems and propose preventative solutions.
• Upgrade Business Applications to latest versions, as well as apply any fixes in his/her assigned area under the supervision of the Solutions Manager.
• Apply data integrity & information security mechanisms taking into consideration minimal business disruption.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, as well as follow up all IT related policies, procedures, and working instructions.
