B.sc Engineering – Electrical
Location of Work 6Oct.
1-3 years’ experience in electronic appliance specially coffee machines + micro controller.
PCB + PLC certificates will be asset
Operational
Technical / Machines / Coffee / Accessories
• Ensure technical training within all departments of the Market(s) (Club, Customer Service and Coffee Specialists, Boutique, Sales Promoters …) and After Sales Centers with a “Train the Trainer” concept.
• Develop questions for training tests and create on regular basis a technical knowledge quiz.
• Verify that all products are compliant to local regulatory requirements.
• Manage all technical information, specially machine modifications / improvements and club communication about quality issues
• Implement and support incident and crisis management (coffee, machine and accessories)
• Implement and monitor product traceability exercises
