That unified company commercial practice is adopted on each project.
That the site quantity surveyor is maintaing full contractual documentation records in respect of potential disputes.
That the site quantity surveyor is issuing appropriate and timely contractual correspondence in relation to the protection of comapny commercial interests.
Ensure that the site Quantity Surveying team maintain and operate an efficient variation order management system.
Ensure that all delays to the works are properly recorded and that the records identify clear contractual responsibility for any delays.
Management of all contract claims made against company in liason with company legal and the Project Quantity Surveying.
