Job description
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network
• Install new software on users computers
• modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers
• Evaluation of company hardware and software
• Provide good customer service to phone calls or emails
Qualifications
• MCITP Study is must
• CCNA is preferred
• MS Windows 7/XP
• MS Office 2010
• Good command of English [Spoken & Written]
• Fresh Graduate is preferred
