Job description

Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network
Install new software on users computers

modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers
Evaluation of company hardware and software
Provide good customer service to phone calls or emails

Qualifications

MCITP Study is must
CCNA is preferred
MS Windows 7/XP
MS Office 2010
Good command of English [Spoken & Written]
Fresh Graduate is preferred
