Warehouse Manager with the below Qualifications:
With Minimum 3 years experience as a Warehouse Manager
1. Applying and assisting in up-dating the warehouses operations procedures.
2. Motivate, and develop the warehouse personnel, maintaining a challenging and enthusiastic work environment to ensure a sustainable level of high individual performance.
3. Ensure the efficiency of the warehouses operation to meet the monthly business targets and the targeted performance measures.
4. Contributes to the warehouses unit’s efforts in meeting all the customers (External / Internal) expectations according to agreed customer service level to achieve the department objective of delivering the right product at the right time.
5. Ensure that the Warehouses operation is running according to the company & principals QA standards in order to achieve the department objective of delivering the right product at an excellent condition.
6. Ensure applying the inventory control system in line with the company’s processes to meet the departmental inventory management targets in the daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks.
7. Optimizing space utilization at the warehouses on an ongoing basis to minimize the storage cost per case and eliminate dependency on outside warehouses.
8. Implement the warehouses developed systems and processes efficiently to ensure a smooth operation, maximum space utilization, and best use of peoples time and equipment.
9. Maintaining accurate records and logs and keeping stock control systems up-to-date;
10. Lead all Warehouse team through direct supervision of warehouse supervisors and team as well” if necessary “over all DC’s.
11. Implementing the First In First Out system (FIFO) to eliminate any expiry goods.
