*Job Description: To support the Manager and Little Learner’s staff by handling kindergarten reception and administration duties to deliver top quality customer service-oriented care to families and their children. Create new records and maintain accurate and confidential existing staff, children's and parent’s records Enter student and employee attendance, early and late collections, extra meals, etc Enter shift bookings, daily schedules and create batch weeks, producing invoices Collect fees including the administration and pursuing of outstanding fees and resolving any account queries Keep/manage petty cash records and record payments in receipt book Welcoming parents, children and visitors and assisting in relevant inquiries and assist with the administration of new parents and children Manage weekly children schedules, reports, meal plans, etc Help with children outside trips/events Answering phone calls and handling kindergarten communication Communicating pleasantly and effectively in person, in writing and on the telephone Managing general office tasks the LLA Manager requires, for example, the printing of documents, photographs, laminating and photocopying Print registers, meal lists and pickup/drop off lists Maintaining kindergarten supplies and ordering from suppliers Working closely with the Kindergarten Manager/Deputy ensuring any other duties requested by the Manager/Deputy are completed
