Graphic / Web Designer
Technical / Professional Requirements
• Be able to convert graphical designs of websites (PSD format) into HTML web pages and ensure it is cross browser valid
• Ability to produce maintainable HTML designs without excessive use of tables
• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Freehand and Dreamweaver.(Other Designing programs are a plus)
• Knowledge of Java script
• Good understanding of web standards and WEB 2.0 design styles
• Good knowledge of dealing with AJAX servers
• Good knowledge of HTML5
• Knowledge of Adobe Flash is a plus
Competency / Performance Requirements
• Willing to learn and know new technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexible
• Fast learner and self-motivated.
• Be able to handle stress very well and work under pressure
• Ability to understand customer requirements and apply them accurately and work on the project till the customer is fully satisfied with the outcome
Minimum Education Requirements
• Computer science Graduate or equivalent certificates
• Very good command of the English language – written and spoken
• Courses in the design field and equivalents are a plus
