*Job Description:
1-Will be responsible for achieving targets and ensuring timely collections. Will negotiate freight rates with customer's basis approval from Line Managers.
2-leading a team of salesman to develop new business opportunities
3-Assist in preparing business plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve sales results
*Requirements And Qualifications:
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Sales with proven track records ( More Than 5 Years )
- Experience in leading a team of salesman to develop new business opportunities
- Fluency in English & Arabic with strong communication skills..
- Strong organizational skills, work under pressure, team player
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Confident in communicating and interacting with customers over the phone
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm
Location : Cairo , Ard El-golf
Compensation: a basic salary with commissions
