A Local FMCG located in Heliopolis is now hiring a "Sr. HR Specialist"
Qualifications:
* 5 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources
(Hands on experience in Talent Management: Workforce Planning, Sourcing & Selection, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Background Experience in People Services & Systems: HRIS, Personnel, and Comp. & Ben.)
* B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
* HR certificate is a plus
* Mastery of both the English language and the Arabic Language (written and spoken)
* Mastery of MS Office Package
* Self-starter, can work autonomously and under stress, strategic thinker
* High Interpersonal skills
