Job description,
· Exchange server knowledge 2003,2010 with min 4 yrs. of experience.
· Basic knowledge of maintaining servers.
· Troubleshooting server hardware issues.
· Installing and configuring basic switches and routers.
· Maintaining and configuring LAN and Wan networks preferably cisco.
· Troubleshooting hardware and software related issues (OS related issues)
· Good knowledge of office 2003,2007,2010.
· Attend user problems and to troubleshoot with the necessary tools.
· Installing patches and antivirus and to keep applications up to date..
· Well versed with Microsoft technology preferably certgified in MCSE etc.
· Working knowledge of email system preferably Microsoft 2007-2010 etc,
· Maintaining DHCP and active directory services.
· Maintaining web based applications
· Basic knowledge of PHP or .net technologies
