- An understanding of photography, typography and printing

- Has the ability to work under stress and pressure .
- Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas
- Using computer software to execute designs
- Has knowledge of graphics and animation software and Web technologies (such as C++, HTML and Java, hardware both Macintosh and Microsoft products and software including Adobe Director, - Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Apple Final Cut Pro, PowerPoint and Avid)
- Apply story development, directing, cinematography, and editing to animation to create storyboards that show the flow of the animation and map out key scenes and characters
- Ability to multitask
- To be able to work to a brief, solve problems creatively and adapt their style
