Job description includes:
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, work instruction, and methods;
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Creating work order for planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work for maintenance of equipments and machineries.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems on the equipments.
• Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians and fitters to get the job done correctly.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Liaising with client departments and customers.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
Qualifications:
• BSc. in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• No less than 5 years experience in repairing port equipment
o Ship to Shore cranes,
o Rubber Tired Gantry
o Mobile Cranes
o Reach stackers
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge in “Maximo” software is a plus
• English speaker
• Experience in Arab countries is a plus
