OFFICE ADMINISTRATIOR & SECERTARY
A growing Egyptian company for automation systems (A representative office of an Italian company) seeking an office administrator & secretary.
Þ Responsible for following the accounting and the legal consultants of the company.
Þ Following the communication with the Italian head office and the company's clients regarding the financial and the job organization.
Þ Prepare monthly Payroll for locally employed staff including tax and social insurance Payments.
Þ Review company billings and follow up of payment.
Þ Arrange meetings and travels.
Job Requirements:
Þ Bachelor’s degree and with an experience according to the mentioned Job Description.
Þ Excellent command of the English Language, Knowledge of Italian is a plus
Þ Excellent Command of MS Office Applications.
Þ Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles according to the Egyptian law.
Þ Excellent organizational skills.
Þ Residence in Cairo, Preferred near Maadi.
Salary: To be determined in the interview based on the experience.
