We have an immediate opening for a Senior Java Developer with at least 2-3 years experience working on Enterprise application systems, in Cairo, Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as lead in constructing new system modules and extend existing ones.
- Assist in System architectural design, R&D and data Analytics
- Assists Systems Programmers with application or technical problems.
Requirements:
- Solid Experience in J2SE (Core Java Language, Threading, IO, Networking, JDBC ...)
- Familiarity with J2EE technologies (EJB, JSP, JPA,...)
- Solid Experience with SOA concepts and service implementation experience: Web Services, WSDL, and SOAP
- Solid Experience with Relational database concepts along with JDBC coding experience
- Strong background with the industry open source frameworks (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Axis, ...)
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication in English and inter-personal skills
Additional Skills:
- Full Software Life Cycle experience
- Experience using IDEs like Eclipse and NetBeans
- Experience in stress testing processes and results analysis
- B. Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Sun Developer or Programmer certificate is a plus.
