Responsibilities:
• Handle after sales technical support.
• Handle daily ADSL customer problems/requests.
• Isolate customer problem and handle escalations to appropriate support team level.
• Follow up on customer technical cases and provide feedback.
Qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering (Communications or Computer Science are preferred).
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Excellent Command of English language.
• Passion for Customer Service.
• Excellent customer interaction attitude is extremely important.
• Able to work in team work environment and perform under time pressures.
• Should be able to work in different shifts (morning, evening and night).
Required technical skills set:
• Good knowledge of Data connectivity and Internet services.
• Good knowledge of ADSL routers.
• Good Knowledge of operating systems platform (mainly windows).
• CCNA is preferred.
• Knowledge of Frame-Relay, MPLS, ATM, TDM, xDSL, IP networks.
