Middle East Sales Executive is needed for Multinational FMCG Co. in Dubai
Manage Gulf region accounts business in Gulf area to meet established marketing goals.
Responsible for managing customer relations to ensure high quality customer service, rapid problem response and resolution, and proper understanding and use of company products
Prepares and presents sales programs to company partners, and generates new business in Dubai and the Middle East, as directed by sales strategies and identified volume and profit targets
Acts as liaison between company and new customers providing feedback to Regional Office regarding customer needs, business issues, product concerns, future plans, and perceptions of company products and services to enhance customer service
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with company partners in Gulf and new customers through formal and informal communications, site visits, meetings, social functions, and training to provide high quality customer service
Responds to customer complaints and other issues to resolve problems quickly and thoroughly; as necessary, forwards’ complaints to Regional management Office for resolution.
Monitors product delivery to ensures product safety and proper handling.
Reviews delivery procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ordering specifics to achieve accurate and timely production operations, and enhance customer service
Gathers and maintains up-to-date knowledge of market opportunities for company products and targets sales opportunities.
Prepares and achieves approved budget and financial targets.
Supervises the activities of Customer Service Representatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Experience: 3-5 years experience in Sales Or Customer service Within FMCG Work environment IS A MUST
Dubai Resident IS A MUST
Nationalities: Preferably Indian, but any other Nationality based on Dubai within the above requirements are most welcome to apply
