Operations Specialist vacancy urgently required for Optimal Technology Solutions.
OTS is a business platform for digital communication services operating in the MENA region based on four business lines (Messaging, Business Solutions, Mobile Apps and Digital Media).

The main responsibilities of the position are:
•Respond to enquiries from clients & communicate with vendors to help resolve any problems as 1st and 2nd line support via e-mail, phone and remote connection.
•Execute day-to-day operations that are related to Messaging products and services. Includes but not limited to reports, monitoring projects performance, issue tracking.
•Provide in-depth training in areas of expertise, general product knowledge, and integration.
•Ensuring the availability of technical infrastructure, systems, products and services that are related to messaging business.
•Establish, document and communicate best practice processes and procedures for ongoing management and solves operational problems.
•Establish, document and ownership of database that has a tracking of all operations and documents that are related to messaging business uni. Includes but not limited to knowledge-base, operations manual, marketing reports, process and procedures.
•Work closely with cross-function teams to build a consistent customer experience and identify opportunities in new product/feature development.
•Ensures that communication flow internally and externally between messaging business unit at its best.
•Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to valued OTS customers.
•Responsible for the implementation of project plans for current and new projects to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in international company/environment with infrastructure services support (Systems & Network management), operations monitoring and end user support task management.
• Four year university/college degree required.
• Excellent Knowledge of technical infrastructures, networks, servers, software and database administration & maintenance.
• Technical discipline and attention to detail essential
• Proven ability to develop highly innovative solutions to very complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under high customer/department demands and high availability.
• Ability to work on Rotated Shift basis.
• Rotated days Offs.
• Working Hours is 9 hours (7:00 Am to 12:00 Am).
