Job description:
Provide a variety of administrative duties, which are mostly repetitive in nature, work an own initiative, however subject to periodical auditing.
Job duties & responsibilities:
2. Assist manager in organizing and conducting meeting, and prepare the Quarter Meeting Presentation for the Department.
3. Perform all data entry for the Engineers’ Daily Sales Report’ details, ensuring accuracy and time-lines on the SALES SYSTEM.
4. Set up filling systems and maintain records.
5. check customers’ requirement and report any complain, or out of line situation to the manager.
6. Maintain proper and accurate files and records, and update the Customers data base after the sales engineer’s field visits Research various topics using the Internet and / or any available resources.
7. Prepare presentation-using PowerPoint as assigned by manager.
Skills:
• University degree – Business Administration.
• Excellent command of the English language (reading & writing).
• Professional user of MS-office, especially MS-Word and MS-Power point.
• Presentable and Professional looking.
• Experienced User of the Internet (email, search engines, etc).
