An FMCG Company located in Saudi Arabia is requesting a Maintenance Manager
Description 1.Prepare the annual maintenance plan to quarantine efficiency of workflow to achieve department objectives. 2.Supervise implementation of annual plan and follow up the Maintenance operations on time. 3.Participate in all projects of enhancing the products and overcome obstacles of production lines. 4.Avail Maintenance requirement of accessories either from local markets or by exportation in CO-ordination with purchasing department. 5.Select and follow up the department’s employees and ensure of their availability. 6.Implement Human Resources evaluation and productivity policies of employees. 7.Avail training courses needed to enhance employees’ performance standard. 8.Lead and motivate the department team to ensure standards and objectives are achieved.
Qualifications 1.Acquire BA and specialist in Maintenance stuff. 2.Experience not less than 8 years at an FMCG Company and working 2 years at least as a maintenance manager. 3.Proficiency in (written and spoken) English. 4.Excellent leadership skills. 5. Able to analyze and innovate. 6.Enjoy a good health state. 7.Flexibility of relocation at the company’s different branches.
