Hotel Manager


A 5 star Hotel in Hurghada is looking to hire a Hotel Manager with the following qualifications:

1- Minimum acceptable experience is being a Resident Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or at minimal level a Department Head in a full service 5 stars luxury hotel or experience as a No.2 position -Executive Assistant Manager- in an international quality minded organization such as Marriott or Hyatt.
2- To have an international hotel apprenticeship with a Bachelor, Diploma or Masters degree.
3- Nationality: Egyptian or Expatriate



Prerequisites:

The suitable candidate has:
1- To have Rooms Division background, operation control with aim of ensuring highest standards are enforced and maintained.
2- To be highly self motivated and to be ready to take the hotel to the next level.
3- To be presentable with strong presentation skills in front of customers and partners.
4- To have the all-it-takes attitude to get the job done and to be always ready to go the extra mile.
5- To be ready to be promoted to General Manager within maximum 2 years.
