Photo editor and re-toucher needed to join GRAW photography team as a freelancer
Qualifications needed:
Expert with Lightroom 4:Familiar with professional workflow and catalogues and works on RAW files
Expert with Photoshop CS5
Skills needed:
1:BASIC EDITING
-Tone correction (Exposure-contrast-highlights-blacks-shadows-vibrance-saturation)
-Skin tone correction
-White balance correction
-Black and white (B&W) conversion
-Sepia Conversion
-creative cross color process correction
-basic and creative cropping
-sharpening and noise reduction
(generaly we don't do much sharpening on lightroom because it is not as powerful as Photoshop)
2:Creative retouch (Portraits)
-skin softening (we generally don't like excessive skin softening)
-texture overlay
-sky replacement
-removing objects from back ground and general artifacts from face and backgrounds
-extending back grounds
-Burning and dodging
-special effects (NIK SOFTWARE)
-distortion correction
-eye sharpening
