Duties&Responsibilities:
1. Submits specifications, materials and designs required for the project to the consultants and the main contractor to be approved.
2. Contributing with the sales team of projects and exports in making the projects technical studies.
3. Coordinating with the Purchasing department to determine specifications, alternatives, quantities and appointments of materials needed for the projects.
4. Attending exhibitions the company participates in, meeting the companies’ representatives and consultants, recognizing the products of competitive companies, obtaining catalogs and samples of new products from varies resources.
5. Achieving internal sales processes with customers.
6. Receiving customers’ inquiries about technical offers, coordinating with marketing engineers and replying.
7. Executing the corrective procedures based on the reports on internal auditing.
8. Preparing the daily and periodic reports, revising them and sending them to the engineering sector manager and sending the report of production orders to the customer service department.
9. Making sure of preparing accurate files for every process.
10. Receiving the pricing offers requests from the sales department and top management.
