job responsibilities:
1. responsible of clients pc’s troubleshoots.
2. installing operating systems and programs on clients pc’s.
3. helping training users to deal with some programs.
4. installing network cabling and switches.
5. troubleshoot any pc hardware issue.
6. search and handle all software related to clients
7. communication skills
