- Manage the daily calendar for the manager & coordinate scheduled appointments Responsible for all the administrative & secretarial work and all secretarial duties including: typing, sending and receiving faxes, e-mails.
- Searching the Internet. Keeping & maintaining files & records.
- Answering phone calls
- Assist in arranging meetings. Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings.
- Takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings
- Coordinates arrangements
- Act as petty cash controller.
- Maintain and update Stock & sales sheet.
- Act assignments as it should according to timeline.
Other Skills
- Very good command of English.
- Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Fast Learner
