Job Description:

1- Deal directly with customers by telephone.
2- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
3- Handle and Resolve Customer Complaints
4- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
5- Provide pricing and delivery information.
6- Perform customer verification
7- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
8- Manage customers' accounts.

Job Requirements:

1- Good communication skills.
2- Listing skills.
3- Problem solver.
4- Work under pressure.
5- Good English is a plus.
6- Experience as a call center representative (6-8 months).
Transportation not available.
