Description
Ensure Employees functions are aligned with company goals as per the business plan:
1- Maintain the organizational chart and prepare job descriptions in coordination with unit heads.
2- Assess recruitment needs and perform soft skills interviews and prepare the job offers.
3- Develop a compensation program, a grading structure, career path, and benefits that compete with the market.
4- Schedule orientation sessions with DMS for the new hires.
5- Announce the job descriptions to the workforce and set a performance appraisal date in cooperation with the DMS.
6- Perform a gap analysis to stand on the variances between the current qualifications and needed qualifications
7- Plan ,direct , and coordinate the training and development activates of the staff
8- Ensure an accessible working environment in coordination with the Administration director
9- Constantly improve HR Policies , practices , and procedures and update workforce thought announcement and employee handbook
8- Prepare the job offers in coordination with the DM.
9- Assess employee retention through surveys, exist interviews.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. of Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent • 5-8 year Experience in same position• Master degree in Business Administration, HR will be considered as an asset •Excellent command of English. •High level of communication with different levels with an excellent ability for solving problems. • High level of challenge& lead the change environment. •6 Of October residents are preferred or availability to work their permanently.
